2 c cooked black beans (you can use anything with a bean consistency, I have used baked butternut squash)
1/2 water (or bean liquids if you used canned beans!)1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp cummin
1/4 tsp cayenne
the juice of 3 or 4 limes
some salt to taste
puree everything and add more salt or lime juice to suit your taste!
